  Very poor customer service. I responded to this groupon voucher straight away but was told that the size I wanted was out of stock and no more would be available - get a refund!

  Ordered this through Groupon, have not received item, and not even had my email acknowledged, but of course my money has been taken, looks like a scam.

  Finding it hard to order product after paying up front for it. Beginning to worry as to authentisity, no place on order to add voucher code etc.

  Very disappointing customer service, only contact is 'support centre-ticket thread'. I ordered 18th July received 31st July, contacted twice re delivery had no reply. Item received and it's too big, made contact again same way to find out how to return for exchange and not even acknowledgment of contact. There is no other contact, no telephone number. Concerned now I am stuck with something I can't use. Would be wary of using again.

  i ordered the brand bra's i have been having trouble trying to redeem my vouchers ...i put five orders in to living social , and i have only recieved one item . i do hop i have'nt lost my deal .i aso waiting for the treanz that i purchased. p.s do i get any voucher that are mine in soe if need be , if or whe i buy an items .. thnk

  I have ordered this bras but to select the size of bras then I'll have to get a groupon code but they didnot give me yet. Im worried. I have ordered it but not size. For that I need a code to add. Because I have paid from application iPhone groupon. Don't know what to do? please help.

  I have also tried to use my groupon voucher and their website will not accept any of the codes on my groupon voucher. I will be contacting groupon on Monday to request a refund as I have already sent two emails asking how to redeem but no reply. the offer closes at midnight so i am assuming it cannot be redeemed so will be looking to Grouopon to refund my money. 17/08/12

  The worst Customer service I have ever had. I received the wrong size in August 12,returned the item but still awaiting for my refund. My request were ignored until January 13, now they tell me I will have to accept the product back but no refund because too much time has gone by. I have been very patient but I will never use them again.
